I’m responsible for planning, architecting, designing marketing technology solutions, and on-boarding clients on to those platform, and provide on-going marketing operations in our Technology Practice. I oversee the development and delivery of omni-channel marketing solutions for our clients, enabling smarter conversations with their customers and building deeper relationships.
I started my career at Epsilon in 2011 as Senior Technical Consultant and rapidly rose from Senior Technical Consultant to Director of Technology & Operations because I was able to demonstrate and provide innovative solutions and help my team across different markets to deliver results. Prior to joining Epsilon, I have had various technology related roles at digital agencies over 10 years building and delivering digital transformation solutions for global and regional clients
In my current role as the technology and operations lead, I am focused on ensuring that we support the needs of our clients and generate positive business outcomes. I love to travel, secretly dream of being a mountaineer and am an avid reader and moviegoer. You will also find me hiking, riding my motorcycle over the weekends, playing cricket and attempting to play golf.
I love the twin disciplines of creativity (art) and logic (science) that are required to build and execute successful marketing programs, in particular, the magic that occurs when data is transformed into actionable insight and helps with automation of a marketing strategy. At heart, I am a problem solver with a passion for improving on the tried and true.
